SMEs are eligible for up to 50% Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support for the adoption of Cyber Security, a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme.

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) emphasizes the importance of robust cybersecurity measures, including advanced anti-malware protection and firewall defense. Especially in Singapore, where cyber threats are ever increasing ever since Covid-19, there is a need for a reliable cybersecurity solution for companies. This is where VGC Technology comes in to provide a cyber security solution for companies.

What is our Integrated Solution?

Our Integrated Solution, which comprises Anti-Malware and Firewall, leverages Microsoft’s cutting-edge technologies and machine learning solutions to provide comprehensive defense for our customers, covering all aspects of their business. Microsoft Defender for Business detects harmful files, while Microsoft Defender for Office protects emails within Microsoft 365. Additionally, Microsoft Defender Firewall enhances firewall functionalities through integration with Windows Defender Firewall and the Microsoft 365 Security Centre.

  • Support hours are from 9 am to 6 pm Singapore Standard Time on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  1. Subscription Period:
  • Microsoft 365 subscriptions period are valid for one year only.
  1. Data Ownership Clauses:
  • All data stored on Microsoft 365 belongs to the customer.

  1. SLA
  • (a) VGC will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond to customers’ support requests, either by telephone or email.
  • (b) Support hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Singapore time, Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays.
  • (c) Tickets must be logged into VGC’s Ticketing System before support is provided. The ticketing system is available 24/7.
  1. Confidentiality and Security Clauses
  • Customers will retain their Administrative Credentials after the initial deployment. VGC will not hold any Administrative Credentials from customers. All accounts must be secured with Multi-Factor Authentication and a strong password.

  1. Backup Clauses
  • Microsoft 365 services are designed around data resiliency and separation of data into various fault zones, according to the policies and procedures outlined in the “Data Resiliency in Microsoft 365” Documentation. Both the customer and Microsoft share responsibility for the backups of their data.

  1. Renewal and Termination Clauses
  • Upon the completion of the initial 12-month subscription period, customers have the option to renew or terminate their subscription for the following year.
