NCSS Tech-and-GO! Grant
The NCSS Tech-and-GO! Grant is available for Social Service Agencies and Charities to utilise IT solutions in their Digital Transformation journey.
Start Digital – For SSAs
- SSAs can start their digitalisation journey by taking up IT solutions to harness ICT, automate processes and embark on digital transformation projects.
- Two KPIs to be fulfilled:
- 20% improvement in manpower productivity
- 70% staff/client satisfaction.

Applying for Start Digital
- Project scope that is ≤ $6,000 requires only one quotation.
- Project scope that is > $6,000 requires three quotations.
- The cost breakdown template is optional and will only be requested on a need basis.
- Please verify and validate vendor information, service rendered and/or financial status to ensure that the vendors and quotations are legitimate.
- Technical Advisory Consultancy Report (if applicable)
- OurSG Grants (OSG) Portal*
*Applications now open all year round!
- Log in to the OSG Portal using Corppass.
- Fill in the application with the necessary information, and upload the quotation and supporting documents onto the OSG portal. Please ensure that the Project Start Date indicated is at least 8 weeks from the day of submission.
- Estimated application assessment period is 10 weeks, but might extend if application is more complex/incomplete.
- Start Digital Funding Disbursement
80% upon acceptance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA)* on OurSG Grants system
Final 20% upon satisfactory assessment of claim documents within 8 months after project completion
*Applicants will be required to submit a new claim via OSG with the signed vendor’s agreement after acceptance of LOA to receive the 1st disbursement.
CCF-ICT Category A – For Charities
80% of the supported cost or actual expenditure, whichever is lower, and capped at:
- 4 computers (Desktop or Laptop): $1,500 per equipment
- 2 Printers: $300 per equipment
- 1 Broadband Account: $1,700 per account
- Website development costs to facilitate publishing of charity’s information for transparency: $3,000 per agency
- Subscription charges of video and audio-conferencing tools: $250 per agency
- Firewall devices: $3,000 per agency
Applying for CCF-ICT Category A
- Project scope that is ≤ $6,000 requires only one quotation.
- Project scope that is > $6,000 requires three quotations.

Step 3: Apply via OurSG Grants (OSG) Portal
- Apply under the Charities Capability Fund.
- Log in to the OSG using Corppass.
- Fill in the application with the necessary information, and upload the quotation(s) and supporting document(s) onto OSG. Please ensure that the Project Start Date indicated is at least 8 weeks from the day of submission.
- Estimated application assessment period is 8 weeks, but might extend if application is more complex/incomplete.
CCF-ICT Category A Funding Disbursement
100% reimbursement upon project completion*
*Upon satisfactory evaluation of claim documents
CCF Shared Services Grant – For Charities
Charities can utilise the CCF Shared Services Grant when they want to take up IT Maintenance hours with VGC.
Funding Quantum
For All Charities: Up to 50% of monthly charges for 1st year and up to 25% for 2nd year, capped at $30,000 per charity.
Applying for CCF Shared Services
Charity can only tap on the fund for one shared services project at a time. Services which have already been supported for up to 2 years between 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2027 will not be funded the second time. The cumulative funding cap is $30,000 per charity from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2027.
Applications for CCF Shared Services Grant should be submitted at OurSG Grants (OSG) portal with your charity’s preferred vendor’s quotation. For project costs exceeding $6,000, your charity should attach 3 quotations of comparable scope.
Project should only commence upon successful approval of the funding application.
First 30% of the approved amount
- Submission of signed agreements with the vendor
- Completed signing of the Funding Agreement with NCSS
Second 30% of the approved amount
- Submission of the invoices for the first year of service period. All invoices are to be submitted within 2 months from the date of the last invoice.
Final 40% of the approved amount or actual shared service charges, whichever is lower.
- Submission of the invoices for the second year of service period. All invoices are to be submitted within 2 months from the date of the last invoice.
